Site plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.
Furthermore included in this recent document release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing distinct sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.
More images released as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
